Welcome to the Zone. These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of Sport Car Zone’s digital ecosystem, events, and high‑performance services. By engaging with our brand, you accept these terms in full.

Performance Pledge

Every vehicle, part, or experience offered by Sport Car Zone is validated under track‑like conditions. We guarantee authenticity, but we do not guarantee lap times — that’s on you.

0–100 km/h figures are for reference only.
Actual performance may vary with driver, fuel, and weather.
All dyno sheets are supplied “as measured”.

Warranty & Liability

Sport Car Zone provides a 12‑month / 20,000 km limited warranty on qualifying components. This does not cover damage from racing, misuse, or improper installation.

Warranty claims must be submitted within 14 days of issue.
We reserve the right to inspect and test any returned parts.
Liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

Payments & Deposits

All transactions are processed in USD or EUR. A 30% non‑refundable deposit is required for custom builds, track days, and concierge services.

Full balance due 7 days before delivery or event.
Financing options available via our partners (subject to approval).
Stripe / PayPal / direct wire accepted.

Installation & Tuning

Installation and tuning services are performed by certified technicians. We recommend a post‑install inspection within 500 km.

We are not liable for modifications made by third‑party shops.
ECU tuning is offered for off‑road/competition use only.
Post‑tune dyno runs are included for all stage 2+ packages.

Events & Track Days

Participation in Sport Car Zone events requires a signed waiver. Helmets and fire‑retardant suits are mandatory for all on‑track sessions.

Event fees are non‑refundable within 14 days of the event.
Weather cancellations are at the discretion of the track operator.
Spectators must remain in designated areas.

Data & Privacy

We collect minimal data to enhance your experience. Your personal information is never sold to third parties. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Cookies are used for analytics and personalization.
You may request data deletion at any time.
Email communications can be unsubscribed via the link.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide via insured carriers. Delivery times are estimates — express options are available at checkout.

Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Signature is required upon delivery for items over $500.
Loss or damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, held in Geneva, Switzerland.

Each party bears its own legal fees.
Small claims may be pursued in your local jurisdiction.
Governing law: Swiss law (without conflict provisions).
